BASA hereby invites all shooting, hunting and other outdoor industries* to participate in the 5th BASA Corporate Shoot Day

Why

• To raise funds for BASA
• Provide an opportunity for companies to entertain or reward employees and suppliers for a years’ committed service, with a rewarding fun filled “Year End Function”.
• Introduce BASA and Big Bore shooting, to big bore rifle owners.
• To increase membership of the association.
• Provide an opportunity to enhance shooters skills by providing hunting scenario ranges.
• Provide an opportunity to network in the hunting and shooting industry.
• Having fun, shooting with different weapons and disciplines.

35 teams of 4 people each to participate and compete for the honors of being the Team that Walks the Talk!
4 Ranges (Duplex-Mirror images of every range will be built to get quicker through the day).

Format

Big bore Range 1	Big bore Range 2	Compound bow range	.22 silhouette range
Classic BASA ranges with challenging movement and targets 5 to 7 Shots	Also 5 to 7 shots for Total of 10-14 shots per participant for the two Big bore Ranges	Total of 3 shots per participant. No bow-shooting experience is needed, and you don’t need to bring your own bows.	Challenging Marksmanship range Total of 10 shots per participant Rifles and ammo provided

General Rules

• Ideally Each Team consists of 1 or 2 BASA members and Guests or Corporate participants. Full BASA and Full Corporate teams are however allowed.
• BASA members may enroll BASA member teams.
• All companies and teams will compete on equal footing.
• Companies may enroll more than one team! (Call on suppliers to assist).
• Each team must have at least one Big Bore rifle in the team.
• Big Bore calibres are accepted from 9.3 x 62 mm and upwards.
• All Big Bores participate on the same level using Bullet Weight and Standard Velocity power factor.

• R 5000. 00 per team.

Sponsorship

Formal Sponsorship opportunities:

• Sponsor Range 1 (Best exposure): R 15 000
• Sponsor a single Range: R10 000 each (Advertise on your sponsored range)
• Sponsor a duplex range: 2 similar discipline Ranges: R17 000 (Advertise on your sponsored ranges)
• Sponsor 1 of each of the duplex ranges – R 25 000: (4 single, different discipline ranges: Advertise on your 4 sponsored ranges)
• Sponsor the Magnum United Range Cost for the Day – R20 000 (Advertise at the entrance and at the Club House)
• Sponsor the Food for the day – R30 000. (Advertise at the Entrance, the Club House and Food Corner)
• Sponsor the prize giving ceremony. R10 000: Sole advertising in the hall, at and around the “stage”.

Although our main aim is to invite you to enroll a team for the shoot, you may consider sponsoring prizes:

Prizes to Sponsor:

• Invite suppliers to accompany your company team or enroll their own team.
• Request prizes from suppliers. Team (4s) or single items.
• Sponsor prizes: Team (4s) or single items.
  Items that can be sponsored: Any shooting or hunting related items.
